  • MKT price on hanging weight. Only pay for the meat - not the hide & other parts (average weight for a steer is 195-225 lbs).

  • Deposit needed to place an order, and the remainder of payment is due at pick-up.

  • Hanging weight & remaining balance is confirmed at pick-up.

  • A half cow yields about 200 lbs of meat, which can take up 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space.
